At the peak, dealers weren’t buying. Private buyers might have been though.

Attached is a cellphone pik of my AutoCAD computer screen showing what has been hijacking almost all of my time for the past 2 weeks.
It’s the front elevation for an 8,000 sf custom home to build in an exclusive gated community named Rivers Edge. This property faces north on to the Caloosahatchee river with a little over 300′ of salt water frontage. The last time anyone lived on this property was in the 1700’s by the Calusa indians.
This project will take most of 2 years to complete and will be valued at $5mil or more.
Thank you for that. Just what I needed this morning.
My greatest regret of late is that I did not sell my silver eagles last week.
(I’d keep my dimes, quarters and halves)
If I’d have sold them on what we now know as peak day, I think I could have made a cool $34,000.00 profit or there abouts.
Couldn’t you use an extra $34k right now?
I’m going to the likker store right now.
