A beautiful contrast. And to think some people still believe it all evolved from ??????????

The thought of being “made” scares people. How can anything be more superior than “humans”? I still think “earth” and its inhabitants are a lab experiment.

Proto-humans may have existed for a very long time {Lucy?) but something “happened” (God’s finger perhaps?) near the end of the last ice age 30-50k years ago to make “humans”.

But I don’t believe the various races “evolved” from a single source in central Africa. White people are pale because of lack of sunlight in northern climes??? Then why not evolve fur coats as “natural” protection from cold and dark?
Etc, etc, etc …

Too deep a discussion for a forum such as this.

I like the picture and wanted to share it with y’all. More to come.

Imagination?
In the words of Dan Quayle, “The mind is a terrible thing.”
Even the words “evolved” and “created” are presumptive.

From delicate butterflies, like the one in your photo, to weird giant staghorn beetles. From tiny carolina wrens to condors, and sardines to blue whales, it’s a wonderful, wonderful world whatever you believe its origins to be.

The butterfly looks like a ladies spring dress, with spaghetti straps.

The flower is the cascading ribbon in her hair.
