Tunes For Tuesday – Arthur Brown “Fire”
I want to try this out as a regular "feature". I have a very weird span in taste of music; thought I'd share some tunes I enjoy on Tuesdays.
Why Tuesday? "Tunes For Monday" just doesn't have the same ring.
Some you may like, some you may not, some you may not of ever heard of
My first selection was picked for its timely appropriateness.
Not that I have any sympathy for LA - but there's a lot of people there that don't deserve this
... mixed in with way too many of those that voted for it, profited from their vote, and deserve every bit of it.
And I was lying in the grass

And I raised myself and I tried to get outta the flames
And I was getting higher and higher and higher and higher
And I reached out towards the shape
And as I reached out the shape shed
And my hands were empty!
And I was falling!

As A Side Note …
Not only have I been working on this site, I've been dealing with other issues on a couple of other systems (^%$#%& Windows) plus arguing with an important site I've used for 6 years that recently decided to "improve" their product.
I just saw it; some of you may have as well. I sent this to them - they're code bunnies so probably won't get the point - but I didn't care to resist putting up here as well.

I really shouldn't complain about fake email addresses 'cause I do it myself sometimes.
However - just to let you know - sometimes I'd like to ask some of the readers here if I have permission to turn some of their comments into posts. I'd prefer not to do that in open forum; I make such requests through the site email service.
In any case, if this did turn into a subscription site (to block hackers and trolls) like Gerard implemented in the later days of American Digest, a legit email address would be necessary for confirmation - especially if a subscription fee became necessary.
Your choice though - but this is supposed to be a community site.
