How good it is that you recognize that time is not for wasting, anymore.
May your re-venturing be rewarding and hopefully worth sharing.

I spent the early years of my work life in the travel business. Didn’t get to every place I wanted, but did get to some of the most important (desired) places. I feel lucky to have that, but I am most fortunate in that I am living where I want to be! A place that millions of the world’s people dream of seeing.

We voted a straight R ticket in Montana this past November. The “developers” from out of state are beating down our doors. We–the very few people– have to unite and stand against the one thing that R party is absolutely dedicated to–the expansion of business. I keep trying to get the Republicans to reconnect to Teddy, but they seem hell bent for leather to expand development across our grasslands! It’s a conundrum for us to stand against the extremely liberal (teamsters) groups of the universities and demand an end to DEI, while at the same time supporting the liberal communities’ efforts to hold back the tide. However, they too are eager to make the incoming tide happy, because they “need the money”! Got any suggestions besides “load and lock”?

You’re not the only one who has swiped one of Gerard’s headers. I have his….

Country, Honor, Family
Faith

…on the Cover Photo of my Facebook page.

Words from Gerard I’ve enjoyed so much I’ve kept it in my quotes file….

“When the First Amendment fails the Second Amendment becomes the First Amendment.”
