So, mental misfits can use whichever bathroom they want?
If that’s the case, then shouldn’t EVERYONE use the bathroom they want?
Or, does that mean they can’t?
It’s appalling and shameful that such a thing is even a, well, thing.
It is such a silly notion, like what a young child would contrive, it’s embarrassing and revealing, that the politicians do indeed entertain such.

“House Bill 752 makes it a misdemeanor for any person to enter a restroom, changing room, locker room, or shower room in a government-owned building or private business designated for the opposite biological sex. A first offense could result in up to 1 year in prison, and a subsequent offense could result in up to 5 years in prison.”
Exceptions where appropriate: custodians, emergencies, etc
I went in one once at a Speedway when I wasn’t paying attention.
No one else was in it and when I saw no urinals were available I turned and boot scooted.
