A Regular’s Book Recommendation
Jean wrote me and recommended this book: “one of the best books ever written for all ages…“
I’m happy to pass on her suggestion to y’all.

“The Boy, the mole, the fox and the Horse“
by Charlie Mackesy
From another reviewer: “I can’t recommend this book enough, whether you are 12, 22, 42, or 92 years old.“
“How do they look so together and perfect?” Asked the boy. “There’s a lot of frantic paddling going on beneath,” said the horse.
“The greatest illusion,” said the mole, “is that life should be perfect.”
Have at it …
Thank you so much, DT. I’ve given quite a few of this book
to friends. And he has a new one coming out in October.
I pre-ordered 2 signed editions, one for me and one for a best friend’s grandson…he’s 6 months old and his name is Bram. (as in Stoker)
C’mon youse guys. It doesn’t always have to be dark and negative. Too much of that’ll kill ya. Take some time to breathe deep and be at peace.
Just looked at the preview pages on Amazon. Seems like a good-hearted book. My two little granddaughters love to have books read to them but they’re still at the 1-2-3, A B C level books. Maybe in another year or two (or three?) they’ll be ready for this one. Thanks for the recommendation Jean! I have a hunch that Gerard would’ve approved. Peace be with you. God bless : )
Walt, I’m glad you looked it over. No doubt your little bits will love it.
Thank you for the blessings. Back atcha, sir.
I second that Ms. Jean 🙂
thank you, SK 🙂
