Yessir. Your words….I could have written them myself. You described the situation here on the ground, though no locust trees. Today is supposed to be the hottest day of the season and I will spend some of it in the pool this afternoon.

Not much “direct” sun this year, mostly abstract, as if hiding behind cloud cover, mercilessly? Gotta mow the yard again, one or two more times this year.

Yes, maybe a hard winter, several feet of snow. Haven’t seen that in at least 10 years. Got a propane fill coming this week, one of two we’ll have this “season”, the 2nd in late Feb.

Seasons.
We had 2 in Florida. Hot and Hotter. With little diff between the two. The main diff being rain. When it rained it was summer and when it didn’t it was something else.

Here, I quickly became accustomed to the idea of 4 distinct seasons. I can feel it in me fibers – don’t need a calendar.
Calendars lie.
So we are already working toward what life will bring in the next step of seasonal life. The ever changing conveyor belt of natures moods.

Already, for the past couple weeks, I have to blow fallen leaves off the decks. Today I will put the 16′ extension on the blower and blow the leaves out of the gutters. I had gutter shields installed a couple years ago but you know how that goes. They all have issues no matter the type. Wish I had my $800 back…nuff sed.

So yeah, the seasons drag you along whether you want to or not and you’re better off if you go along to get along cause winters coming and you have nothing to say about it. Life is better for all when you agree that nature is in charge.

I’m doing burgers on the grill for supper and for the first time in my life I have purchased some 16 oz Coors brews that I will be consuming and maybe even splash some on them grilling burgers. Stop by, we have plenty. PROST!

Our Oak Trees are already shedding large acorns. In the last 44 years every time they shed like this it turned out to be a bad winter. I will probably be planting my garlic a little earlier this year. I just get the feeling that the “jab” did a lot more harm (slow acting harm) than most people are aware of. Some pretty brilliant thinkers are saying that because big Pharma is screwing with our DNA in ways that most people cannot comprehend that we may be the last civilization that is 100% human.

Knowing what a miserable inconvenience the older generation is to the younger ones in charge, it would not surprise me one bit if someone did come up with a “little something” to reduce life expectancy. Currently, i don’t believe it to be true, but . . .

Bill Gates blurted out his homicidal intentions in this TED talk. You know Gates said vaccines give him a return of 20 fold profit on his investment? You know Gates’ dad and step mom were the directors of Planned Parenthood which is organized abortion? Remember the cream pies to his face in Brussels when he decided to kill everybody on planet earth? Here’s his plans for vaccines and the world population. I think he greatly underestimated the percentage points in this talk.

Snuff films are ghastly and horrible. But THAT one would be viewed as much as the Zapruder clip.

Last Sun I was burning something on the grill.

I74 passes next to Shelbyville where my brother in law lives and that would have put you about 44 miles from me to the northeast of here.

Since the wind blows from the southwest here, yeah, you might have smelled the grill. heh

“The ever changing conveyor belt of natures moods.”…what a brilliant phrase, ghost!

Love the sky photo. Wish I had the talent to paint it.

I’m tired of summer. Hope I have the cajones to handle the winter. (Of course I will)

So the word in Spanish doesn’t describe testicles or bravery in any way?

Mr. Day is referencing “cajon”. The word I used is “cajones”
which means testicles, brave, courage, grit.
