Terrace, Utah
Out in Utah … in a place that makes Lucin look like civilization … was once a division point for the Central Pacific’s portion of the Transcontinental Railroad.
Built in 1869, abandoned in 1904 for new facilities in Montello, Nevada 40 miles west, Terrace, Utah was never anything more than a railroad town. Once having a population of about 1000, when the railroad pulled out, so did the residents, many taking their buildings with them to Montello.

It looks to me like Missoula MT. Our taxes have gotten to be so outrageous that “older Montanans” are moving out of the city/county. Our City council is made up of seven women and four men–one of whom is a Republican. Almost all have proclaimed their attachment to the socialist ideals.
The one Republican is a nice honorable mild mannered middle aged guy–just trying to do a good job. He came to speak at our club the other day and the femn/nazis sent one of the other younger men along for “support”(?). My suspicion is that because the “other man” was a first time council member he had been assigned to track the Republican speaker. Funny that–he has been speaking here at least twice a year for the last several years, but this year the dedicated “socialist” fem/nazis sent another young man along to support the older R council member. Coincidentally–she just announced a 3.8% tax increase which as you can imagine is not popular. It seems to me like the “she–wolf” (city council president) wanted to know what our response was, or maybe if she should try to have the R guy taken out in the next elections! Our integrity of our elections has been questioned on multiple occasions.
Make no doubt about it–those virtue signaling socialists are STALKERS !
There was a time not that long ago that that area was a place I wanted to spend the rest of my life in.
Why are you guys voting in all them communist females?

Our elections have been corrupted since at least 2010! We have tried so many times and so many strategies to come up with clean elections! The problem of course is the low level University that lives in our town. Our town was corrupted by the wave of newly educated feminists (1980’s) who have no restraint when punishing the innocent who don’t agree with them. The funny thing now is this:
Do you remember when a university in TX(or was it Florida?) hired a military man to be it’s new president? That is the man who gave the “make your bed every morning” speech. In a desperate effort to start to clean up our failing university our board of regents when out an hired the first West Point/Green beret grad that looked like he could’ve given that speech. He served seven years as president of the university. During the first two or three years he fired 18 women. He was punished by a lawsuit and moved on.
Suddenly last February he resigned as president and put his hat in the ring for the senate. He is running as an independent. The fun part is that a PAC group has funded a huge ad campaign against him re-telling the story of the 18 women!
However, the local democrats can’t come up with anyone they think will win! Oh, what wicked webs they weave!
It just might be possible that the ex university president/green beret who was sued by 18 women could win as an independent! If he does, there is a good chance he will take care of our military, there is also a good chance that a lot of men will support him for having had the courage to fire women who were not needed to run the school, and he has a good business background! The R running against him is a clean cut 50ish attorney and accountant. He promises to lower taxes, yada yada yada. He is silent about data centers and does not have the courage to stand up against the really wealthy monsters that are taking over Montana and her long views.
The Republican governor we have had for two sessions has only lowered state taxes–city taxes, especially in Missoula are running wild. The governor has also refused to try to clean up DEI in our schools “doesn’t have the time!”. He is a very wealthy computer genius. He also wants data centers and doesn’t give a damn about our long views, or clean elections.
August 10 is the last day anyone running for office has to drop off of the November ballot. The dems are running some gal from the army who is part “indian”. They are begging the former university president to step off the ballot–it seems him running as an independent is going to throw a wrench into something! It looks to me that his running as an Independent may feel like sweet revenge for the harrassment he took for firing those women! Is he honest you ask . . .
What Ghost said! Three weeks in CA and then a week in UT. Thought it would be a reprieve….maybe not.

The money situation has gotten so bad here. Our elected state representatives have reported that they can’t walk down the hallway of the state capitol without someone trying to “encourage” them to vote one way or another. One state representative reports that he came home from the state capitol for a long weekend. The drive home is about 2.15 hours. When he got home he parked in the driveway and when he walked up on his porch some guy was sitting there trying to bribe (encourage) him to vote the way the commies/socialists/democrts want! They are incorrigible! Of course it is not “cash” it is “benefits”. Right now it seems like most of the overpopulated areas in the US are trying desperately to beat down the doors in MT. We are under siege. The east coast mafia is doing battle right here in river city with the Chicago teamsters–
