The Tenth Amendment to the United States Constitution reserves powers not explicitly delegated to the federal government by the Constitution to the states, or to the people. This means that the federal government only possesses the powers specifically granted to it by the Constitution, and any powers not granted, nor prohibited to the states, are left to the states or the people.

==============

Therefore, how do these rogue judges get to use powers that they do not have?

IOW, when the ne’er do well in the alley pulls his blade and demands my coinage why would I give him my coinage rather than yank my heater and go to work?

Same with Trump. When a gutter judge in Assholeville, WA claims such and such why doesn’t Trump ignore it, or better yet, slap an injunction on the judge suspending his license?

Seems like so much silliness to me.

Are there really any laws? Is there such a thing as “Rights?” There is absolutely no privacy, that’s for sure. Here’s Real ID database evil FYI.

“If the personal freedoms guaranteed by the Constitution inhibit the government’s ability to govern the people, we should look to limit those guarantees.'” – Bill Clinton

Thanks Bill. Govern me harder, thank you. May I have more? This ghostsniper dude above offered an interesting observation a few weeks back… words to the effect that we’re living on a large property with plenty of room to roam but it’s surrounded by an electric fence. Government manages the property but that’s a pack of inept lazy sluggards mostly asleep at the wheel. You can do all kinds of stuff but don’t lean up against the fence.

Don’t lean up against the fence! Got it!

The most obvious example of the gubmint managing your property is the never ending property tax. You never completely own anything if you are continuing to pay on it.

In Wichita we voted down a new bond proposal for new schools. A week later the city sent me a letter saying my house increased in value by $47,000 in one year. FFS.
