The Tenth Amendment to the United States Constitution reserves powers not explicitly delegated to the federal government by the Constitution to the states, or to the people. This means that the federal government only possesses the powers specifically granted to it by the Constitution, and any powers not granted, nor prohibited to the states, are left to the states or the people.

Therefore, how do these rogue judges get to use powers that they do not have?
IOW, when the ne’er do well in the alley pulls his blade and demands my coinage why would I give him my coinage rather than yank my heater and go to work?
Same with Trump. When a gutter judge in Assholeville, WA claims such and such why doesn’t Trump ignore it, or better yet, slap an injunction on the judge suspending his license?
Seems like so much silliness to me.
Are there really any laws? Is there such a thing as “Rights?” There is absolutely no privacy, that’s for sure. Here’s Real ID database evil FYI.

You have all the rights anyone ever promised you – until those rights get in the way of someone’s desires. And those “someones” want to know >everything< about everybody. You've been "watched" since at least the mid-80s. The only things that kept it under some degree of control was the physical size of the detectors and limited computer capability. Nowadays, the detectors are small enough you can't see them and computer capabilities are more than sufficient to store and process data beyond that necessary. The tip of a mechanical pencil is about 500um (0.5mm) across. That's beyond huge in today's electronics world. Got Alexis, Siri, a Tesla, a post-2015 vehicle, Windows 11, some other "latest" electronic toys? You can be assured you're being directly monitored. Orwell's world is primitive. Just to give you an idea of what's going on, see this Youtube video www dot youtube dot com/watch?v=CR9xP2xV0QQ You can be assured those with funding and facilities are doing a much better job. If you've heard about it, it's obsolete. The only thing that sort of protects you is lack of interest and manpower ... and even that's being automated. Living in remote country makes watching you even easier. If people really knew how thoroughly pervasive modern and upcoming surveillance was, they still mostly wouldn't care. "Sure you’re paranoid. Are you paranoid enough?”
No. But it doesn’t matter anymore.
Sorry – soapbox topic for me.
“If the personal freedoms guaranteed by the Constitution inhibit the government’s ability to govern the people, we should look to limit those guarantees.'” – Bill Clinton
Thanks Bill. Govern me harder, thank you. May I have more? This ghostsniper dude above offered an interesting observation a few weeks back… words to the effect that we’re living on a large property with plenty of room to roam but it’s surrounded by an electric fence. Government manages the property but that’s a pack of inept lazy sluggards mostly asleep at the wheel. You can do all kinds of stuff but don’t lean up against the fence.
Don’t lean up against the fence! Got it!
The most obvious example of the gubmint managing your property is the never ending property tax. You never completely own anything if you are continuing to pay on it.
In Wichita we voted down a new bond proposal for new schools. A week later the city sent me a letter saying my house increased in value by $47,000 in one year. FFS.
