Ooh, cat fight! A tough chick versus a prima donna. Woman-woman conflict is definitely different than man-man. Woman-woman, it’s no holds barred, but the stakes are low. Men self-regulate because unrestrained conflict is so dangerous.
The U.S. President Donald Trump has shocked many by choosing 22-year-old Thomas Fugate, who used to be a gardener and grocery store clerk, to lead a top U.S. anti-terrorism office. This surprise decision comes just as America bombed Iran’s nuclear sites and faces threats of revenge.
The U.S. recently bombed three nuclear sites in Iran. After this, Iran threatened to take revenge. Right when things are getting tense, Trump picked a 22-year-old to lead a key U.S. terrorism prevention program. The person Trump picked is Thomas Fugate.
Thomas Fugate now works at the Department of Homeland Security and leads the Center for Prevention Programs and Partnerships, the U.S. office focused on stopping terrorism before it happens. Senator Chris Murphy strongly criticized Trump’s choice. Murphy said Fugate is just 22 years old, with his past jobs being landscaping and working as a grocery store clerk.
The senator said, “He never worked a day in counter-terrorism, but he’s a big Trump fan, so he got the job.” ProPublica, a news outlet, looked into Fugate’s background and found his resume is very weak for this role. Fugate got this top job in May, right after the previous head of CP3, William Braniff, resigned.
Braniff is a respected Army veteran with over 20 years of national security experience, he left because of Trump’s cuts to the program. Fugate’s LinkedIn page says he did “lawn care around the neighborhood” and worked part-time at H-E-B supermarket. A counterterrorism researcher, who has worked with CP3 for years, said, “It sounds like putting the intern in charge.”
I didn’t include the photograph but Fugate has a thick head of brown hair and I can’t detect any zits.
It’s probably true. If one fellates Trump with enthusiasm then he’ll find a job for you. If you displease Trump, as Thomas Massie has done lately, then Trump calls you a bum and promises your destruction. The Donald is starting to sound quite a lot like Robert DeNiro.
Thomas C. Fugate III (born 2002 or 2003) is an American political appointee serving in the United States Department of Homeland Security whose responsibilities were expanded to include serving as the director of the Center for Prevention Programs and Partnerships (CP3).
He completed an undergraduate degree in Politics and Law from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 2024, where he was secretary general of a Model United Nations Club.
Prior to his political appointment, Fugate worked as a gardener, grocery store assistant, and intern at the Heritage Foundation.
He succeeded counterterrorism scholar Bill Braniff, who resigned following the cutting of staff at the center.
Fugate had been a “special assistant” at the Department of Homeland Security in an immigration office.
He had also worked on the Donald Trump 2024 presidential campaign and attended the 2024 Republican National Convention.
Controversy
Fugate’s appointment drew criticism in the media due to his very limited experience in national security.
ProPublica observed that his LinkedIn showed the bulk of his leadership experience coming from a Model United Nations club.
Former Homeland Security officials and counterterrorism experts voiced concern that the decision reflected an effort by the Trump administration to sideline CP3’s original mission and shift its focus toward immigration and partisan priorities.
The Department of Homeland Security defended Fugate’s appointment, citing his work ethic and performance.
Clicking that photograph for the close-up shot? I see a certified psychopath. I can count on both hands how many times I’ve worn a suit and tie. Fugate was probably student counsel president in high school and is jockeying to rule mankind. Keep an eye on this freak. He’s got his eye on us.
“student counsel president”
That’s how we improve the herd. Lock ’em up in school years when they show signs of wanting to be on “student council”. Cull ’em out when they want to run for SC “office”.

Sorry, my inner identification scanner sets off as the possibility he is east coast mafia grandson! Going to school in San Antonio doesn’t tell me anything, except he chose a lower rated college. This kid is dirty already!

Thanks Tom. Is this actually factual do you think, or just another DC dance around the maypole?
