I’m willing to accept that from time-to-time there will be a judicial decision that I just don’t understand or agree with. I know what I don’t know here….there are case law, precedents, and principles that I just haven’t considered.
However there are judges out there who are not fair and neutral arbiters of the law, but instead naked partisans.
