Today's selection: Rager - Wrath 2025??? (time stamp on the file)

OK folks - this is a weird one. I have no idea where I obtained it ... and my notes state: "Rager aka ghostsniper - Wrath"
Our ghostsniper has mentioned his musical background - could this be him? It sounds like something he might write.

On the other hand, looking up "ghostsniper" brings up many options; I don't see this cut on Utube ...
