A new study out of the UK found that the nutritional value of fruits and vegetables has dropped like a lead balloon over the past several decades, with some crops losing 50 percent of key nutrients.
So, buckle up, because you might need to eat a helluva lot more produce today to get the same nutritional bang people were getting decades ago.
