Hey, Mr. Tambourine Man,
play a song for me
I'm not sleepy
and there ain't no place I'm goin' to
Hey, Mr. Tambourine Man,
play a song for me
In the jingle jangle morning,
I'll come followin' you
Take me for a trip upon
your magic swirling ship
All my senses have been stripped
And my hands can't feel to grip
And my toes too numb to step
Wait only for my boot heels to be wanderin'
I'm ready to go anywhere,
I'm ready for to fade
Unto my own parade
Cast your dancing spell my way
I promise to go under it
And then AI came along and turned everything into a lie.
It’s been a couple’o jobs ago, but a couple three years ago, Daughter#2 had a job at Green Circle Growers. The reason that I mention this is that they had a variety of orchid….my thumb is brown, so I can’t tell you what it might have been….that grows white, but that they turn into the various colors by feeding it colored water at the right time. The orchids they grew there were incredible. Their orchids take about 18 months between getting them started and having them ready to ship out the door. All told, they have 150 acres of greenhouse. I can barely get the lovely Mrs. azlib out of our local nursery, and when she found herself in a commercial grade greenhouse, she thought she’d died and gone to heaven. I’ve attached a picture of their poinsettia room.
Wow, that’s quite an establishment. Most of my life was mostly oblivious to vegetation but the past 20 years I’ve come to appreciate the whole thing.
I saw a vid where they took a long stemmed white rose and split the end of the stem into 3, and put each stem in a small vile of red, blue, and yellow what and after a couple hours that what color the rose became. Yes, 1/3 red, 1/3 blue, 1/3 yellow.
