21st century book burning on a grand scale. Soon, the only real books will be the ones on your shelf. Then, in a few years, you’ll be required to have a “license” to possess them. Watch and see.

Just last week I stuffed 15 books into one of them “Little Library’s” not far from here, maybe I should have held on to them.

I, for one, have grown fatigued of some things lately and all of them are internet-Media related.

Everything AI.
Everything negro.
Everything jew.
Everything gov’t.

All of these things are every where all of the time, on the internet and all media, and the bulk of it is fake and ghey.

In large part, I am going back to the 19th century.
The only thing holding me back is I can’t take my eyes off this slow motion global train wreck.

First they burn the books and then they burn the people. Always.

Thanks for “sharing” DT. Gerard would indeed be upset by this.

I had read the the LLM folks were concerned about AI workslop and were looking for untainted sources to improve their training. Mention was made about feeding older publications into the model for better training. There was no mention of the scale that this post presents.

Question is how do “we” deal with all of this. Like Ghost, my time left is short, but the effects of all this will play out for my progeny. I will have to think about how real thinking humans can interact with this and be other than a tool to be manipulated by the AI and those who control it.

I am not optimistic, but will do what I can.

I love books. I have for as far back as I can remember.
And this is one of the most disturbing things I have read in a very long time.
I’m going to take my coffee to the back porch now and sit with my old dog.
And watched the horses graze.

(And it looks like today’s ear worm is going to be in the dulcimer chords of The Rolling Stones’ madrigal “Lady Jane”.  Lovely.)
