Judge Not, Lest Ye Be Judged
and the sooner, the better.

“Trump’s Jan. 6 Speech Not Covered By Immunity: Judge“
“President Trump has not shown that the Speech reasonably can be understood as falling within the outer perimeter of his Presidential duties,” U.S. District Judge Amit Mehta ruled.
(of course, there used to be that little thing called “Freedom of Speech” from that antiquated and obsolete piece of parchment called the Constitution)

Getting real tired hearing about all these judges – especially foreign-born – making law.
Appointed by Obama, preceded by Boasberg.

Ya know, you get to the point where you don’t know what to say any more.
I am exhausted on so many fronts.
Need a reset.
He wasn’t even born here. Then again, look what Rajesh Subramanian is doing to Fed-Ex.
It’s not so much that there are officials like this – it’s that there are so … many … of them. And “the people” – bless their hearts – are in agreement.
I’ll try a bit harder to keep this crap off here. My fault – I just get so … whatever … that I have to spout off. But I’m just (mostly) preachin’ to the choir here and it ain’t Sunday and it ain’t choir rehearsal night.
Dood, it’s not your fault. It’s mine.
Your board, post what you want.
If I don’t see it here I’ll see it someplace else.
It’s everywhere now!
2nd paragraph was posted to you but it was more me talking out loud to myself. I know it’s everywhere now – can’t escape it. All the more reason to keep it off of here.
I forgot to mention in my reply to your house – my brother liked it; it’s just he tends to work on larger ones. Back at what used to be home (he still lives in the area) – along my old bus route in the country, across from the guy raising pigs 60 years ago (come to think on it, 65 years ago. Huh?), somebody built an 18,000 sq ft place. He died – his son had it torn down and put up a 30,000 sq ft place. I like a big house myself but 30,000 sqft?? That’s a warehouse divided into rooms. I can’t find my way around the town I grew up in anymore.
That particular home was about 6500 sf and to me mostly an assortment of air filled boxes connected together and stacked up. Far more than my wife and I need and would cost an arm to heat-cool. 6 bathrooms. I mean, really. At some point, when a home gets to a certain state it requires outside help to maintain and I don’t see that ever happening in my life. Even when I was young I didn’t like the idea of other people tending my home, cept maybe mowing the yard. I guess wealthy people that live in BIG cribs are of a different mindset.
Should have put this with the comment.
Why Is FedEx So Bad In 2025?
FedEx’s reputation for poor service quality has been a point of contention for many customers. Here are some of the reasons why FedEx is often perceived as having a bad service in 2025:
Reliable Package Tracking: FedEx’s tracking system is known to be unreliable and not updated frequently enough, leaving customers in the dark about their package’s status and expected delivery date.
High Package Delays: The company has a high number of packages that are delayed or delivered late, with an on-time delivery rate of only 82.5%.
Customer Service Issues: Many customers report unhelpful or evasive customer service, making it challenging to resolve delivery issues.
Reckless Handling: Reports of FedEx handlers mishandling packages carelessly have led to damage in transit, with up to 3% of FedEx Ground packages getting damaged.
Missed Delivery Attempts: Some drivers falsely claim delivery attempts to cover up late shipments, which damages FedEx’s reputation.
Weather Exploitation: Customers often feel that FedEx exploits weather conditions as an excuse for late deliveries.
These factors contribute to the overall dissatisfaction with FedEx’s service quality and reliability. Customers are encouraged to consider alternative carriers for their shipping needs.
[Ed note: I left the comment but disconnected the links]
And here I am sorting out delivery services for a small company. Cam down to only USPS and UPS. FedEx fell out of consideration early.
Damn! Shipping anything has gotten real expensive.
Another reason for term limits. This appointment for life business has got to stop.
There are good arguments both pro and con over term limits for both the federal judiciary and Congress.
But getting term limits enacted won’t be easy. You’ll have to amend the Constitution to get it done. No easy task.
One of these days the bullets are going to start flying. – Snakepit
What people don’t want to think about is this: there are millions of Americans who have gone to school since1960. They have been indoctrinated to the communist ideology. Oh, of course they call themselves socialists, but these fools have no idea what they believe, or if they don’t agree with their mistresses/masters they don’t know how to rebel! They CANNOT cross over to the other side no matter how bad things get on their side. If we cannot build our own very visible media that upholds everything that Trump is doing–we are done. If we cannot find another man of great wealth and great courage to take Trump’s place we are in for another searing loss to the mobs, and this time I am afraid it will get physical.
Here in MT we elect state government every two years. We recaptured our government in 2022 and again in 2024. However, in 2024 nine of our “republicans” were actually democrats! They along with their democratic party handlers managed to stop everything the R party tried to get done. We ended up spending most time taking the nine to court! Since that election there is now a new “re-design” of districts. You can guess who lost that battle? Will we win again in 2026–are you kidding? We are flying our queer flags over city halls around the state and we have no way to force them down–we have a majority–but, we don’t have the votes!
VERY STRANGE THING JUST HAPPENED.A week before you have to sign up to run for this year’s election our Federal Congressman Ryan Zinke gave up–he won’t run again. Good Republican but the fem /dems have been merciless on him and his family. But, then on the very last day you can sign up to run for any position at exactly five minutes before the deadline our two term senator (Daines) announced he was not running again, and some stranger stepped in to signed up to run in his place for the R party. Our other senator just came in to politcs in 2024 (R). Immediately after the new census we received our second congressman–first time in many years that we had more than one congressman. He’s hanging in there for this next election, but don’t count on Montana to do anything for us in DC, or for that matter here at home.
