One must pay the government to get money from the government:
“Columbia University Agrees to Pay US $200 Million To Restore Federal Funding“
How much of that goes to the accountants, lawyers, and other such parasites rather than just reduce Federal funding by $200 million?
I know, I know … the question is rhetorical … but remains a question nonetheless.
