Wow, that was pretty cool DT.
I have no problem with Bud.
I’m not going to punish me, to punish them.
I learned that from Mike Austin.

Nothing to do with “punishing” them; I prefer dark beers – porters – over lagers. But the brand did get its tail tied in a woke knot recently.

“Must have changed marketing people.”

They got their pee-pee’s whacked and decided that that wasn’t too much fun.

But on a related note, Free Bird, Oakland, CA, 1977.

A former marketing person decided to go woke with a tranzy pushing the stuff. Bud Light sales – once #1 – crashed. Still haven’t recovered fully

Arrowhead Stadium serves only Budweiser products. By license for sure. After the tranny commercial and Budweiser marketing folks slamming their base clientele as fratty and simpletons, the average consumer said “fuck you”. Busch Light sales picked up as did Michelobe Ultra. You have to look hard to find anyone drinking Bud Light during a Chiefs game. That brand may never recover. I used to keep a 12pack of Michelobe Ultra in the garage fridge in case someone stopped by. I do not prefer light beer but I used to like an occasional Budweiser. Budweiser shit on me, therefore I will NOT buy any Budweiser products.

All that company has to do it make a bold and honest apology. Get out in front of this. Admit to making a mistake and get out of politics. Budweiser has danced around an aplogy for a bit and they do have history making some patriotic commercials. That is not the apology I am waiting for.

“Sun’s in my eyes.”

As a horseman and a lover of the American dream, AI aside, I approve of this commercial.

My generally preferred beer is Guinness Extra Stout.

I love the big horses–well, I love all of them except Shetland ponies! I really enjoy IPA beers. Couldn’t get into beer until my mid thirties!
